Official request for funding must be submitted on the application form provided by the Panther Foundation at least two weeks prior to the regular scheduled meeting. The Cabot Panther Foundation meets the 2nd Monday of each month at 11:30 a.m. at Central Administrative Office (602 N. Lincoln St.).
The Application Form is available below or you can pick up a copy at the Central Administrative Office, 602 N. Lincoln St. (501) 843-3363 between the hours of 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday. Completed forms will need to be approved by the building administrator and the superintendent.
Organizations requesting funds must complete all the necessary information as shown on the Request for Funding form. One purpose of the Cabot Panther Foundation is to support the educational purposes of the Cabot School District to promote public education. Requests should specify how they plan to accomplish that purpose through their activities.
Funds will be allocated on an “up to” basis with a maximum determined. The amount funded may be less than the amount request.
Please note that the application must be completely filled out and include a brief narrative of the event/project and a budget summary submitted to the Central Administrative Office 2 weeks prior to the regular scheduled Panther Foundation meeting. If the proper paper work is not received 2 weeks prior to the meeting your funding request will not be placed in the agenda.
